At Finaruta S.A.S. ("Finaruta", "we") we regard user privacy as a core concern. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect the personal data we handle through finaruta.com and the related services.

Finaruta S.A.S., CUIT 30-71657483-4, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 1450, floor 6, C1042AAB, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, is the controller of your personal data. We are registered with the National Directorate for Personal Data Protection under Registry No. 3,581.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide through the subscription form (name and email address) and the technical data generated by cookies and similar technologies when you provide your consent (see Cookie Policy).
3. Purpose of processing
Data are processed for the following purposes: (a) sending you general informational content related to the platform; (b) managing and responding to your request; (c) improving service quality; and (d) complying with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your free, express and informed consent, in accordance with article 5 of Argentine Law 25,326 on Personal Data Protection, and on our legitimate interest when applicable.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only for the time strictly necessary for the purposes described, and up to a maximum of 5 years from the last meaningful contact, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise.
6. Recipients
We do not transfer data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share data with technology service providers acting as data processors under strict contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
7. International transfers
When it is necessary to work with providers outside of Argentina, we ensure that such transfers are made to countries with an adequate level of protection or through contractual clauses that guarantee an equivalent level.
8. Rights of the data subject
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, update, erasure and objection provided by Law 25,326 by writing to privacidad@finaruta.com. The AAIP is the supervisory authority before which you may file complaints.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to preserve the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls and audit logs.
10. Minors
The service is aimed at persons over 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you detect that a minor has provided data to us, please contact us for immediate removal.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will be published on this page along with the date it was last updated.
